Although lawns will survive without any feeding, they certainly won't be at their best. I use a Somerset based fertiliser company.
Renovation is best carried out from Autumn into Spring, neglected lawns can be improved and rapidly brought back to life.
Autumn scarifying will remove the majority of moss and thatch to enable water and fertilisers to reach the rootzone.
One treatment per year will kill the majority of weeds for the majority of the year.
Lawn maintenance/treatment plans (including renovation) will be designed specifically for your lawn.
A maintenance programme is essential for maintaining a quality lawn, usually consiting of a feed and weed, moss control, scarifying and a Winter feed.
There's no need to re-turf a tired lawn. A makeover is quick, inexpensive and highly effective. Results can be seen within two weeks.

Crane Flies will be laying eggs on the lawn in August; specialist spraying can reduce the number of eggs laid, therefore reducing the volume of leatherjackets in the rootzone.

The only leatherjacket lawn treatment available is to apply nematodes in the Autumn and Spring.
